Members of #S2T, presented on June 16 and 17, at #ACAGUE offices, the "SIG Smart Touch" and the "Sand Box".
On June 16, 2023, both systems were demonstrated to the audience at the launch of the book "A story without end", by the author Bernardo Castro Salas, a text associated with #disaster #risk management. The activity had an important concurrence of government experts, from the defense sector and private experts related to this subject.
On June 17, 2023, the GIS Smart Touch served as a planning and decision-making tool during a work session of the members of the "Master in disaster risk management" of #ACAGUE.
In both activities, the attendees positively evaluated the performance of the systems, pointing out that they would be important tools for the development of planning, not only in military environments, but also, in support of disaster risk management, and in the field of education.
